The members of the Rock Hill Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. are charged with providing services that are relevant, reliable, viable and visible in our community. We are committed to providing services, promoting events and initiatives that encourage and advocate for education, health, wellness, social and political action and involvement, financial stability and understand the plight of those less fortunate here and abroad. Chapter Monthly Business Meeting
The Rock Hill Alumnae Chapter meets on the second Saturday of each month, September through June. A Sisterhood Breakfast is served beginning at 9 am; the meeting begins promptly at 10 am. Visiting members must present their membership card and valid identification upon arrival. Please go to the Visiting Sorors page for more information.
Meetings are ONLY open to duly initiated members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. NOTE: Individuals seeking membership in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will NOT be admitted into the chapter meeting.

Five-Point Programmatic Thrust
Since its founding in 1913, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. has established itself as a premier public service organization dedicated to addressing the challenges facing African Americans and, by extension, all Americans. Throughout its history, the Sorority has developed a broad range of impactful programs focused on education, health, international development, and the empowerment of African American families.
For more than 60 years, the Rock Hill Alumnae Chapter has been steadfast in advancing this mission by delivering a wide spectrum of public service initiatives aligned with Delta Sigma Theta’s Five-Point Programmatic Thrust:
Join our Youth Initiative Programs
Rock Hill Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta has three Youth Initiative Programs: Delta Academy (Girls ages 11-14), Delta G.E.M.S. (Girls ages 14-17) and EMBODI (Boys ages 13-18). The programs focus on mentoring, empowering and community service, encourage and promote academic excellence, self-awareness and self esteem and provide the tools for a successful future.

Social Action is what we DO!!!
Each of Delta’s programmatic initiatives has an advocacy component that is implemented under the auspices of social action when it is appropriate or necessary to do so. Under the auspices of the National Social Action Commission, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. continues to institute activities that foster:
- Sponsoring Voter Registration and voter education programs
- Combating Voter Suppression
- The full restoration of voting rights for individuals who have paid their debt to society (ex-offenders)
- Affordable Health Care and access to quality health care
- Financial Literacy and Economic Empowerment
- Support for HBCU’s
- Political Awareness and Involvement
- Gender Equality
- Racial Profiling

We SEE You Sorors of the Month: Rock Hill’s Rockin’ Sorors are recognized because of the different ways to enhance the sisterhood. These sorors contribute to the success and sisterly spirit of Rock Hill Alumnae Chapter. Whether working tirelessly organizing a signature community event or working behind the scenes showing up and supporting, making sure things are done, both sorors are vital to RHA and we love them!! We SEE You Sorors of the Month: Rock Hill’s Rockin’ Sorors are recognized because of the different ways to enhance the sisterhood. One Soror consistently goes above and beyond to support our chapter through her dedication, technological skills, flexibility and devoting her time and skills to Delta. The other Soror can be seen consistently supporting RHA functions and has an infectious spirit that truly embodies the essence of sisterhood.
