South Carolina Photo ID Requirements
for Voting
To vote in person, bring one of the following valid photo IDs:
Valid SC Driver’s License (standard or Real ID)
Valid SC Dept of Motor Vehicles ID Card (Standard, Real ID, or Concealed Weapons Permit)
SC Voter Registration Card with Photo
Federal Military ID
United States Passport or Passport ID Card
No Photo ID? You can still vote!
Bring your non-photo voter registration card and sign a Reasonable Impediment Statement, or vote provisionally and submit your ID later to have your vote counted.
