In 2021, Google entered a partnership with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and five other organizations to train 100,000 Black women with career development and digital skills. The goal of the partnership was for Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. to facilitate FREE digital skills training programs leveraging Grow with Google’s Black Women Lead Curriculum Guide, resources, and tools to train 20,000 African-American women, specifically jobseekers by May 2022. In true Delta Sigma Theta fashion, our sorority exceeded the goal and trained 29,302 women.

Delta Sigma Theta has entered the next phase of our partnership with Google, to train an additional 20,000 women by June 30, 2024. To facilitate the next phase of this partnership, the Grow with Google (GwG) and Delta Partner Program still aims to provide FREE resources and workshop content to help us teach our members and the communities we serve the digital skills that will grow our development personally, in careers and in businesses
